The CLF Administrative Assistant supports our Boston-based Worthy Now Prison Ministry program with over 1700 incarcerated members across the country. Since those who are incarcerated rarely have access to technology, our program is via snail mail. We receive and answer letters, facilitate our national pen pal program, send correspondence classes, publish and send newsletters, etc. The Administrative Assistant is instrumental in bringing to our incarcerated members the message that they are worthy, right now, just as they are.
Note that qualifications may be met as a result of lived experience, volunteer work, professional experience, and/or formal or informal training. We are committed to developing a diverse and talented staff team. If you are excited about this role, but unsure whether you meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage you to inquire and/or apply.

Unitarian Universalism is a non-creedal religion focused on ethical living and spiritual deepening. We believe in the inherent worth and dignity of all people, and we lift up the interdependent web of all life. The Church of the Larger Fellowship seeks to connect Unitarian Universalists, deepen their spirituality, and support them in living with courage to act on our principles.
